John has been involved in the music industry for over 25 years. From 1996-2002, Mr. Arnone operated an entertainment distribution corporation with 120 employees that under Mr. Arnone’s guidance was voted medium wholesaler of the year in the music industry (1997, 1998, and 2000) by the National Association of Recording Merchants. In 2002 – present, he founded and operates Maestro Entertainment Corp., a music catalog/entertainment holding company with a 10,000+ song music catalog. During the 80’s- 90’s, Mr. Arnone was a founder and principal of two Investment Banking Broker/Dealers and held positions on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Additionally, Mr. Arnone has been involved in the biotech industry over the last 10 years working with adipose tissue-based cellular technologies for the Regenerative and Personalized Medicine industry. He is the Co-Founder of DigiTrax Entertainment, Inc. (www.digitrax.ai) a generative AI music company based in Knoxville, Tennessee. He holds a degree in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics.
